Prompt 87: Food

"Laseema, will you take care of my tables? I made uj for the boys upstairs. Figured they could use some." The Twi'lek waitress nodded and walked over to a man who had just walked into the bar area. Laura grabbed the uj cake and headed up the stairs quietly. Laura was fairly young, at the age of 19, and had only just came to work at Quibu's Hut.

As she approached the door to where all the men slept, she grew nervous. She didn't know these people, but they seemed nice enough the few times she had seen them. She brushed her hair behind her ear, and smiled softly when an older man opened the door. "Hi," She spoke softly, hoping not to make a fool of herself. "I'm Laura. I work at the bar downstairs. I uh... I made uj and I figured you all might like some."

The older man smiled and took the uj from her. "Hello, Laura. Come on in and make yourself at home. My boys will greatly appreciate the cake. I'm Kal Skirata-"

"I know who you are, Sir. I used to work as a medic... But after Geo they threw me out for trying to stop them from "recondtioning" a group of clones. Those boys managed to survive, thank god. People are just di'kuts." She muttered the last bit and sat down in a chair next to the window.

"You speak, Mando'a?" Kal called out from the hall as he knocked on all the boys doors, telling them they had a visitor.

"My father was a Mandalorian. Mom on the other hand... Never really understood why he married her. But you can't change family." She shrugged and smiled as the boys, men really, started to shuffle in.

"Laura, these are my boys. From left to right that's Sev, Delta Squad's Sniper" He pointed to a man who had a red tunic on. He gave a grunt and that was all.

"Scorch, Delta's Demolitions expert." She got a smile and a nod from the clone in yellow.

"That's Fixer in the green. He's Delta's text expert." She waved slightly. Another grunt was his response.

"And that's Boss, leader of Delta Squad, in the orange."

"Hello, Ma'am."

Kal introduced all the boys from Omega squad, Niner, Fi, Atin and Darman. He then introduced a squad of men which Jenn had definitely heard of. The Nulls. A group of so called "rejects". There was only two of them there at that moment, a man named Ordo and...

"This is Mereel."

"Hello." She said softly. He was handsome, that was for sure. Something was different about him from his brother though.

"Pleasure to meet you, Ma'am."

"Please, all of you, call me Laura. I brought you guys uj." That certainly made them move.

"In the kitchen, make sure everybody gets some." That sent them flying. They all headed for the kitchen, only Kal stayed behind.

"It was really nice to meet you and your boys, but I really should get back to work. I'll see you soon." She said softly and headed for the door. "Goodbye boys!"

"Bye." They all chorused. She smiled and headed back downstairs. 'Wow, their all bloody amazing.' She thought and got back to work. She definitely wanted to see those guys again. And she would, dear god she would.
