Daryl sighed as he made his way back to the houses, he dragged a deer behind him. He was troubled, especially lately. Rick had been staring at him a lot and he wondered why.
A twig snapped to his left and his head whipped toward the sound. It was a wolf staring right at him. Daryl didn't move, he knew if he did the wolf might come after him. The wolf stared.= then did the most oddest thing Daryl had ever seen before. It whined, Daryl chuckled.
"Hungry huh, bud? Daryl asked while bending down and cutting off a chunk of meat from the deer's hide. The wolf yipped softly and came about two feet closer to Daryl. Daryl chuckled again and threw the wolf the meat. The wolf caught it and gulped it down. It finally stepped out of the shadows so he could see it. It was black with four gray socks, dark amethyst eyes. Okay so maybe it wasn't a full wolf but it was more than half if it size was any indication.
"Well ain't you a pretty boy?" Daryl wanted to bring him with him, the wolf would be a great companion. "Hey boy," the wolf cocked it's head, "Wanna come with me huh?" The wolf yipped and bounded over to me as if it actually understood me. He knocked me over and started licking me.
"Alrigh' alrigh'! Ya can come with me!" Daryl laughed out. He knew the other wouldn't like it but he didn't care, he was so was this wolf. Kindred spirits attract or so they say.
Daryl groaned when Rick started chewing him out for going alone, and without alerting anyone.
"Look Rick, I understand yer' mad but I didn't wanna bother anyone!" Daryl shouted at him.
"Well you can't just jeopardize this place like that!" Rick shouted back at hi.
"URGGG!" Daryl groaned and walked away back to his own house. Rick groaned and walked in the opposite direction. The rest of the 'neighborhood' looked on with amusement. There was a lot of tension between the two of the them, most of it being sexual but still. They just wished they would get together already and stop their bickering and just get it on already. The tension had been brewing since a little after the prison and they would fight and fight until they both exhausted themselves.
And they came up with a plan.
