ACCEPTANCE

Takes place directly after "A Test of Trust" and I only own the monster. Everybody else belongs to Disney.
Trent Fernandez, the White Dino Ranger, was drawing by the lake when the monster appeared.
"Whoa!" he cried. "White Ranger Dino Power!" he continued. Instantly, his suit covered him. The monster laughed.
"You think you can defeat me? I am the most powerful monster of all," it boasted.
"He did not just say that," the White Ranger muttered. Then, he prepared for the assault, which soon came.
"Drago Staff!" the Ranger quickly summoned. He then used the weapon to let loose with a strike of his own. However, the monster soon got the upperhand and lashed out. The White Ranger groaned in pain as he fell to the ground in a heap. The creature brandished its weapon menacingly. Suddenly, there came another cry and the White Ranger looked up to see Conner McKnight, the Red Dino Ranger, fully costumed.
"You want him? You gotta go through me," the Red Ranger stated.
"I'll take care of you just like I took care of the White Ranger," the monster sneered.
"Don't count on it," the White Ranger responded, painfully rising to his feet. "We're a team," he continued.
"Right," the Red Ranger agreed. Suddenly, he noticed that the White Ranger was starting to buckle and caught him.
"Trent, you're hurt," he realized. "I'll make him pay for that, man," he promised. "Tyranno Staff!" he called. He then charged the monster and dealt him a forceful. Intermingling yells filled the air as Kira Ford, the Yellow Dino Ranger, Ethan James, the Blue Dino Ranger, and Dr. Tommy Oliver, the Black Dino Ranger, joined the fight.
"We're right behind you, Conner!" the Blue Dino Ranger shouted.
"Guys, keep an eye on Trent. He's been hurt bad," the Red Ranger instructed. It was then that they noticed their friend struggling to rise.
"Trent!" the Yellow Dino Ranger shouted as she and the others ran to him.
"I'm fine. Let's just take this guy," the White Ranger insisted. Despite their protests, he stood up, then flipped through the air, shooting the monster with arrows from his Drago Staff. The monster fell to the ground with a thud.
"This isn't over," Mesogog hissed, activating the Rejuvinator. The monster roared as it grew to new heights. The Rangers then called for their zords and formed their megazord. Once inside the fighting machine, they made quick work of their opponent. Mesogog turned to Elsa with a hiss.
"Uh...why don't I just get out of your sight, master?" Elsa queried, then ran off. A few minutes later, the Rangers convened in Hailey's Cyberspace, with Trent being helped by the others.
"Here. Sit down, dude," Conner advised, as they led him to a couch.
"Guys, I'm okay," Trent told them.
"Trent, you could barely stand during the fight," Kira pointed out.
"The suit protected me. I should be as good as new in new time," Trent stated.
"That may be, but you should still take it easy," Tommy advised. "I remember this one time, my friend Jason got slammed by a monster called the Lizzinator and his shoulder was sore for days after," he continued.
"Okay, I'll take it easy," Trent sighed. The others laughed. "You know, Conner, I want to thank you," Trent said suddenly.
"Dude, for what?" Conner wondered.
"For protecting me," Trent replied. Conner began to answer, but Trent raised a hand. "I know you were hurt by the fact that I didn't tell you about my father, and I can understand. Yet, you still regarded me as a teammate. And for that, I'm grateful," he continued.
"Anytime," Conner declared. The friends stared at each other.
