Neopets the Darkest Faerie 2: The Return
Prologue:
For 10 years after the events of the first game Tor and Roberta have been traveling together all over Neopia. Stopping bandits, killing plant monsters, and the occasional crockabeck swarm attacked. But a couple of years back the pair decided to stop traveling and move into their own house back in Meridel. In fact they moved into Tor's family farm after his parents retired and moved into the city. But now their feelings for each other have grown and now they are getting married, and where else better to get married, then the beach where they met. But just after they had become husband and wife a familiar voice was heard in the back of the guests, "Oh no! Did I miss the wedding?" "You!" Tor yelled angry look on his face now. "He's back?!" Roberta said with alarm. "Why yes I am dear girl, and I must say just look at how much you two have grown in just ten years!" Then a shadow appears and smoke erupts, and out of the smoke rises a familiar hooded figure. "The Gelert Assassin!" Tor yells with anger and alarm when he sees his old foe. "Now Tor my boy, don't you know it's rude to refer to someone my species?" "Well if we had the pleasure of knowing your name we would use it" Roberta says with slight sarcasm. "Oh right, I never told you my name did i? Well I suppose now is as good a time as any, my name is, Sly Hunter" Sly grins evilly at the now married heroes. "Huh, nice name" Tor says with slight sarcasm in his voice, "So what are you doing here Sly?" Sly chuckles, "I always finish the job, just because the employer is ten years trapped in stone doesn't change anything" "So you're just going to kill us right here and now?!" Roberta asks full of fear. "Oh heavens no dear Roberta, where's the fun in that? I enjoy the thrill of the hunt, and im not so evil I would kill a newlywed couple. Now if you excuse me I must be going, getting quite late and im getting famished, enjoy your lives together, well you can" He laughs evilly then falls back into the shadow disappearing. "NO!" Tor yells as he reaches out. "Great now he's back and wants to kill us" Roberta says quiet and angry. "Don't worry, we know all his tricks, he won't stop us, we'll finally end this insane man's career" Tor says more serious then ever.
