Fade
For Indigo and Perca's Drabble Challenge
Yet another feast was beginning. The students were dressed to the't', and lined up perfectly at their house tables. After a short speech from Professor Dumbledore, waves upon waves of food appeared. There was no stopping the hundreds of students as they began to eat.
A few feet back, Nearly Headless Nick was watching in despair. The school year was about to end, and once again the school would be vacant. This year would be no different to him. As the students left, they always left their memories of him. No one cared.
Nick sighed. He began to fade away.
