Marcel woke up from a frighten dream. He's never dreamt of something like that. He tore him apart just seeing that… Seeing her looking so lovely in the dress he gave her. She was walking down the street with a smile on her face. Her hand encased by another's. A hand that didn't belong to him..
From where he stands he can hear the man whispering to. Her head tilts back a bit and a giggle escapes her lip rosy lips. He leans over and slightly, causing her to stop walking. Long locks of golden hair shining brightly under the morning sun. He takes her slender hands into his own and plants kisses on them.
'I can't take it anymore, Bekah. I love you and I hope you say yes.' He mumbles as he pulls out a ring. 'Would you Rebekah Mikaelson marry me?'
From where he stands Marcel's heart breaks… Can this really of been a dream? Or a memory to come? He can't move… his feet planted on the ground as if waiting for her reply.
'Yes' she cries as she jumps into his arms and they share a kiss.
Each damn night it's the same dream…. No Nightmare! No matter how many times he tells himself it isn't real… His heart and mind tell him otherwise. Tears always stream down his cheeks in his sleep…
Glancing beside him; he sees her sleeping beside him. Curled up in a ball; clutching the blanket around her; as her relaxed features force his heart to stop beating wildly. Her golden hair fanned about his pillow. Her hand extended towards him.
After every nightmare he wakes up to her like that. As if knowing his heart has to battle certain emotions. So in her sleep she tries to sooth him. That lets him know that she wouldn't leave him. Just to have a large wedding and white dress. He just has to remember that it's just a dream… and she's with him not the other man.
