The Sauveterre clan was never that close to the Cullens nor any other for that matter, the reason was that they act...human. They learned to eat, drink and even sleep and this was found to be a curious case and very concerning. But the very secret in the clan is a reason as to why they are somewhat secluded from their fellow vampires, they have taken in a child, one who is no longer human. That is why the clan was hesitant to leave France the day that Carlisle asked for their help in becoming a witness to Renesmee's case. An agreement that many members have protested upon.
The clan bore many members, all of them under the care of Jehanne Sauveterre or Mere Sauveterre or Mere Jehanne as they prefer calling her. Despite being distant from their fellow vampires, they are quite well known to the mortals, the humans as the Sauveterre Theatrical Troupe, a family Theatre Troupe that travels the world, performing in one country for two months before traveling again, however, they have a permanent home, a Victorian mansion in France that was said to be owned by Mere Jehanne's ancestors.
The day the Cullens asked for their help, most of the members came, save for one, one who went by the name of Eponine Sauveterre. She was the one assigned by Mere Jehanne to watch over their youngest clan member. And with that, our story begins.
