Maple Intermediate
"Kylie… Kylie…" someone called.
Kylie awoke, and sat up to find that someone who was calling her name. She saw a black spiky haired, light - skinned girl named Maggie, who was Kylie's twin sister. Maggie was wearing a shirt with diamonds traced with blue. On her legs were plain black leggings. Her shoes were black leather sandals.
"Uh, Maggie? Why are you up so early? It's only 7:30, and school starts at 9. If you're going to wake me up that early, think again, buddy. It only takes about 30 minutes for me to prepare." Kylie ruffled Maggie's hair. Maggie agreed, "Yeah. I should do that." Then, she said, "But Dad told me to wake you up, so it's not my fault."
Kylie hugged her loving sister and said, "Well, go to Dad and tell him that school doesn't start till later. And, ask him if I can sleep in a little bit. Can you do that?"
Maggie replied, "Sure! Be right back, Sis!"
Kylie let Maggie go and laid back in bed. Maggie ran downstairs, shouting, "Dad! Is it okay if Kylie sleeps in?"
The school she is going to is Maple Intermediate. Now that Kylie was a seventh-grader now, and she was going to a new school, she hoped that the students there were nice.
Maggie came back into Kylie's room and said, "Dad said yes, and he added that we were going to walk to school."
"Okay, now get out of my room so I can change, alright?" Kylie said.
"Okay." Maggie answered.
Kylie grabbed her favorite blue hair-tie and tied her black hair into a ponytail. Then, she grabbed a white undershirt, a black hoodie, navy blue jeans, and black leather boots. After she changed, Kylie ran downstairs, wanting to know what her breakfast was.
Her father was getting ready to go to work when he saw his twin daughters.
"Have a good time at school, okay?" he said.
"We will!" answered Maggie and Kylie in unison.
