XXXXXXXXJen sat on the bed, looking at the wedding picture of her and Alex. They have been married for about six months now. Six happy months to be exact.
Jen thought about the day when she and the others came back to Time Force year 3000, from the year 2001. 'That had been over two and half years ago. That day on the beach when I told Wes that I loved him, I now realized that was a really big mistake. I never really loved him. It was like one of those high-school crushes. I guess I thought I loved him because he was the closest thing to Alex, after I thought, he was dead. Alex is the one for me.'
Alex however, begged to differ. He didn't believe that Jen loved him. When she had returned to the year 3000, he treated her like dirt. He even dated a few girls to get back at Jen. Then about a year later, when Alex realized that Jen was hurting, they finally started to date again. And then about six months later, Alex proposed again. And Jen, of course said 'yes.' This time they kissed like they should have the first time.
The bedroom door opened and Alex walked in with a tray, which had breakfast on it.
"Good Morning Jennifer."
Jen placed the picture back on her night table. "Good morning to you too, Alex. What' this?" questioned Jen as she looked at the breakfast tray.
"Breakfast, for you Jen." Alex then placed the tray on the bed near Jen.
"Oh, Alex! Thanks!" Jen got off the bed and walked over to Alex and kissed him on the lips. She then whispered in his ear, "Since when can you cook?" Jen then walked over back to the bed and began to eat the breakfast that Alex had made for her.
"Since I learned."
"Hmmmm…It's actually not that bad," laughed Jen.
"You're going to pay for that Jen!"
"What are you going to do, huh, Alex?"
Alex grabbed the breakfast tray and put it in the other room. He came back and grabbed a pillow off the bed and threw it at Jen.
"That's all you got? C'mon Alex!"
Alex walked over to Jen. "So it's a fight that you want? If so, let's go."
Alex grabbed 2 more pillows and threw them at Jen, again. Jen just sat there looking into his eyes. She then grabbed a pillow and threw it at Alex. Within a spilt second, a pillow fight had started between Jen and Alex. The two of them spent the next three minutes having a pillow fight. When the last pillow was thrown, Alex walked over to the bed and sat next to Jen.
They both looked at each other and laughed.
"Well, that's a first," Jen said with a smile on her face.
"Yeah that's for sure." They both laughed.
"So you can cook, huh?"
"Yes, I can cook Jen. And may I ask, was it good?"
Jen laughed. "Yes. Yes, it was very delicious Alex. Thank you."
"Good." Alex smiled, leaned over and gave Jen a passionate kiss. "Now, let's get going. We have to go to work." Alex started to get off the bed.
Jen let out a long sigh. "Do we have to?"
Alex leaned over and kissed Jen on the forehead. "Yes."
"Okay. Okay. All right. I'll go Alex, only because you said so."
