I've had this idea for awhile, but I only now have the confidence to write thanks to my friend RandomFandomWriting. Thanks, girl. I love ya. And I hope anyone reading this enjoys my story and reviews. Also if you have any other story ideas for me, let me know either through reviews or PM. Thank you!

The Hatter awoke at the tea table after his nap, as always, and noticed that something was wrong. The company he had at the table was not the same as it was when he fell asleep. Instead of the Dormouse and March Hare, there was a boy and a girl in their places. He tapped the girl on the shoulder to wake her up.

"I don't wish to alarm you, but would you happen to know where my friends have gone?"

She looked at him in confusion.

"What are you talking about, Hatter? And how did you get so big?"

"Mally?"

"Yes it's me. Why are you acting like you've never met me befo-"

She stopped when she went to rub her eyes and didn't see her paws, but human hands instead come to her face.

"Tarrant. What is going on?" She asked, a slight hint of fear lacing her tone.

"Well, I don't rightfully know. Perhaps we should ask the white queen if she knows anything."

That's when they heard the panicked screams from the other side of the table.

"Oh no! No no no no no no no! This isn't right!" Thackery screamed, looking around wildly and shaking in his chair.

"Now honestly, Thackery. Calm down", a voice from above said. "You're only going to make yourself madder, if possible", Chessur stated as he materialized, also in the form of a human, like Mally and Thackery.

"And you popping out of nowhere like that isn't going to help either", Mally reprimanded him.

"My apologies, Dormy."

"Don't call me that."

"Now now everyone. Settledown. We have a trip to the white queen to take. So we best get going", Tarrant said, standing up. "And Mally, I'm very sorry, but you can't travel by hat this time."

"I know that! I'm not stupid!" She exclaimed as she stomped off in the direction of the white queen's castle.

"I'm sorry, but I don't know much; other than the fact that it's a spell that has affected every none-human like being in Underland", the queen said in despair.

"A spell?"

"Yes, and spells are very hard to reverse. Unless of course, the magical influence of the caster suddenly disappears."

"So we'll have to find who did this to us first then", McTwisp said in a worried tone.

"Or you could stay the way you are now", Alice suggested, as she was now an official Underland resident.

"I don't think that would be such a good idea", Mally said.

"Why not?"

"Because, staying this way would change the lives of everyone. All the small creatures will lose their homes and their small little shops in the west wood. They would also need larger items so that would cause shortages all over Underland."

Mirana sighed.

"As much as I hate to admit it, Mallymkun is correct. It would cause to many problems. You all must find the one who cast this spell and stop them. But please, find a way to do so without taking their life."

"We'll do our best, your majesty."

That's the end of chapter 1. It's more of just an introduction than actual content, which is why it's so short, but chapter 2 is in the works and it's already longer. Thank you for reading and remember to review or PM with any ideas you have.
