Perfect Professor
Professor Grzywacz cued for the choir to start singing.
Hogwarts, Hogwarts, Hoggy Warty Hogwarts,
Teach us something please,
Whether we be old and bald
Or young with scabby knees,
Our heads could do with filling
With some interesting stuff,
For now they're bare and full of air,
Dead flies and bits of fluff,
So teach us things worth knowing,
Bring back what we forgot,
Just do your best, we'll do the rest,
And learn until our brains all rot.
The school choir finished, ringing out the last note of the school's anthem in harmony. Professor Grzywacz beamed at the students, proud of their accomplishments. Even the first years had done extremely well.
Professor Grzywacz was very happy their first concert had gone so well. It was her first year at Hogwarts- she had taught at Ilvermorny- the North American wizarding school- up until the month before. She had transferred since she had wanted to move to Europe for a while.
She was very lucky to have so much support- and a great choir.
Bringing herself back to the present, she watched, smiling, as the students went straight to the rehearsal room exactly how they had practiced.
All of the Hogwarts professors were very impressed.
Headmistress McGonagall knew she had chosen the perfect person to teach at Hogwarts.
This is dedicated to the best music teacher I have ever had- Mrs. Grzywacz. She is leaving next week and I'm really going to miss her!
Mrs. Grzywacz- you are soo amazing and I hope you enjoy wherever life leads you! Keep being you because you are one of the most amazing teachers ever!:) ~rosesnlilies
Perfect Professor is the shortest complete story I have ever written. And it is NOT BETA-D! I wanted this to be something special that's all me, not professional me, if that makes sense. I'd love if you reviewed!;)
