This is not in turn of "A Parked Taxi with the Meter Running." It is it's own separate ficlet with regular in-series ages. I bought these heart-shaped Tiger Pops, and then this popped into my head.

Valentine's Day is made apparent by the red and pink streamers that fill the hospital. Multitudes of people are handing out chocolates in little heart-shaped boxes. There are a great many singing teddy bears for children, as well as a fair share of dancing teddy-grams between lovey-dovey couples. A variety of flowers appears on every table or counter. As Dr. House shuffles past the clinic, he nabs a heart-shaped lollipop from a young candy striper. He pops it into his mouth with a smirk and moves to wait for the elevator.

Over the next few minutes, he notices Chase and Cameron making out as they back into a family restroom. The trouble that could befall on Cuddy catching them in public displays of affection seem to have finally caught on deaf ears. House smirks at the realization that they've learned all the wrong things from him. Taub is down the other hall, seemingly having a rising conversation with his wife. House shakes his head as the elevator dings. He steps in, to find Thirteen applying her smudged lipstick. They acknowledge one another for being late, but nothing comes from it. When the elevator stops on their floor, they move separate ways. Thirteen rolls her eyes, and House catches Foreman slyly pat her butt.

"Oh, Jimmy!" House announces, barging into Wilson's office. "You'll never guess what I just saw!"

His best friend is talking to a white-haired woman. He looks up exasperatedly as House paces behind her. The woman merely removes her purse from the other chair and gestures for House to sit next to her.

"See, Jimmy? This is hospitality."

Wilson just sighs and pinches the bridge of his nose. "You can see I'm busy, House."

The other ignores him. "It's Valentine's Day. Where's your Valentine's Day spirit?"

"I can't do this with you right now, House."

House smiles at the woman and then rounds about so he can sit on the corner of Wilson's desk. Wilson shakes his head, realizing House isn't going away.

"Alright. What is it?"

"Lunch."

"It's ten in the morning."

House merely smiles. "I made reservations at one-thirty."

Wilson raises an eyebrow. "Where?"

"I'm driving." He says instead.

"On your motorcycle?"

"Better hold on tight."

Wilson knows better than to argue with House about riding his motorcycle. Already exhausted, Wilson throws his hands in the air.

"Fine. You wi—"

Wilson's words are cut off as House moves his lollipop between their mouths. House smiles, trailing his fingers across Wilson's cheek. In an instant, he's hobbling out the door, and over the balcony to his office. Wilson blushes furiously, though he keeps the candy in his mouth. The nice woman leans over and places a hand on his.

"You hold on to your boyfriend. He's good for you."
