Here's a cute little one-shot I came up with. I hope you like it!

Kairi sat down on the hot white sand watching the waves roll onto her bare feet. Today was 7/7/07 and it was supposed to be the luckiest day ever, but so far Kairi's day stunk.

First on her way to the mall a car splashed her with mad and water. Next, she got her purse stolen. Then, there was NO hot water in the shower. Finally, Sora said that he couldn't hang out with her today. That really set Kairi off.

Kairi sat on the beach until sunset, she was hoping that Sora would somehow show up. Kairi got up and started walking back to her house when she heard someone calling her name.

"Kairi! Kairi! Wait up!" It was Sora. Kairi turned around only to see Sora running at her. He slammed into Kairi causing them both to fall down.

"Oh sorry." He said and got up.

"It's alright. I thought you couldn't hang out today." Kairi said.

"Yeah…I was busy…" He said and looked down at his feet. Kairi noticed that there was something behind his back.

"Whatcha got there Sora?" She asked.

"Uh…" He pulled out a star shaped fruit. (A/N: I really don't know what it's called…sorry) "I took me a long time to find this."

"Sora but that's…" Kairi trailed off.

"Yeah, I wanted to share it with you."

"Why?" Kairi asked.

"Because I love you so much." Sora said and Kairi threw herself at him.

"I love you too." She said into his chest. Sora pulled her back to face him and tore off half of the fruit.

"Here." He said handing it to her. Kairi took it and they both ate in silence.

"Do you think this really works?" She asked.

"It doesn't matter if it does or doesn't. We will always be together no matter what." Kairi finished the last of her half and looked into Sora's bright blue eyes. Sora touched Kairi's cheek and leaned in closer to her.

When Sora's lips touched Kairi's, it was like a burst of fireworks. Kairi wrapped her arms around Sora's neck and Sora pulled her closer. They kissed each other until the stars came out. Kairi smiled to herself. This really was the luckiest day ever.
