Dear Dove,
I wish that we could have met face to face but I have other things to do. I regret that we will never have the chance to know each other.
I am sorry if you think that my mother was wrong to run but I think that we both know why she did it. She was in love, afraid and she did what she thought was right.
But now I know that I wouldn't be who I am today if she hadn't told me the story when I was a child.
I would like to now tell you a story my story and how my life has turned out and more about the other things I have to do.
When I was 5 I left my home in Carthack. I went to the shang warriors they trained me as one of there own until I was 10, when I left I went to the Yamani isles where I started training as one of their knights.
So as it happens I am now a Yamani knight I am 16 and will be turning 17 in two months on midwinters day. My name that my mother and father gave me is Gale.
I am hopeful that we may communicate through letters at the very least and that we may know each other as niece and aunt should.
