One True Friend is Better Than Two Birds
He used to be a strapping human being. He would have had a girlfriend but he preferred to devote his attentions to his books. On the weekends we spend hours together talking and listening. He's a wonderful friend- amusing and intelligent.
Too often we lament his accident but he assures me he enjoys being free of human restraints- a cat's life is better in so many ways.
Last night, he told me his life is even better now that he's met the tabby from next door.
I'm so glad Hermione came across him because Peter Crookshanks makes my life exciting.
