Hi everyone! Happy December, I'm in the holiday spirit and created this holiday one-shot staring Crow and Brave. I have noticed this pairing is getting quite popular. Enjoy this trickstarshipping Chrismas one-shot This takes place after the series.

I closed the door behind me releasing a heavy sigh. Today had been a hectic day. After winning the tournament, I had to get away from the mob of reporters trying to get the latest info on me. They are really persistent.

I look around only to be greeted by the emptiness and loneliness of it, and on the twenty-fourth of December no less. I decided to have a small snack before heading off to bed. I made it into the world of pro-dueling, but there was still this voided feeling inside me. I went up to my room before getting more depressed at this scene.

Once I changed into my pajamas, I looked out the window at the stars. On nights like these, I'd always stared at the stars when I could. I remembered a poem Martha had taught me.

'Star light, star bright

First star I see tonight

I wish I may, I wish I might

Have the wish I wish tonight.'

I close my eyes and whisper, "I wish for a true love." With that I went to sleep.

When I woke up the next morning, I felt a pair of arms wrapped around me. I moved to reach for the metal baseball bat I kept next to the bed.

"Are you awake?" He said.

His grip loosened and I was able to escape landing a good backhand slap on the intruder.

"Who are you?" I demanded.

"Is this how you treat your wish?" He said.

Wish? It took a moment for me to register what he meant. But he really can't be a wish. Can he?

"My name is Brave."

"Look Brave, I don't know how you got in or where you came from, but you have to go home." I said.

"I came from you and this is my home." Tears welled up in his eyes. "You wished for me and you don't even want me!"

He was crying like a little child. My heart stung with guilt at the site. I don't want to be such a Scrooge on Christmas.

"Look, let's go eat some breakfast." I suggested.

Brave's eyes brightened moved to hug me. The problem was that the covers fell; sadly reveling to me a lot more than what I wanted to see.

"Put on some cloths!"

Brave got lucky I had some pajama pants and shirt that fit him. Since I always stay in my pajamas on Christmas, it really didn't matter. And besides it is Christmas meaning all the stores are closed. I finished making breakfast when Brave asked me why I haven't put any decorations yet.

"I've just been too busy. I guess I forgot." I sheepishly said.

"Well after we eat I'm going to help you put the decorations" Brave said.

Sure enough after breakfast, he went into my closet in search for the decorations. We put up the tree. The lights would've been time-consuming to put around the house, so we just wrapped them around the furniture. After we were done I made us both hot cocoa. Brave came over to me and held mistletoe over our heads.

I smiled and connected our lips together.

Breaking the kiss I started thinking, about that voided feeling I had yesterday. It was no longer there. Since there are no presents to rip open, Brave and I just sat on the sofa in silence, with each other's embrace.

A/N: I hope you all enjoyed that. Sorry for the shortness. I'll see you guys in another story. Laters!
