The Doctor limped in the TARDIS flipping a few switches and then screaming in pain once again. He looked at his hands and quietly said, "I don't want to go." A tear streamed down his face as his 10th life went by in his mind. The last thing he remembered before regenerating was Rose, which made the pain worse.
It was time, he went in the position and the TARDIS went on fire. He was so unique that everything that he remembered and loved burst out of him and was forgotten….dead. The process quickly ended and he did a quick check.
"Am I Ginger yet?" He pulled down some of his hair and frowned, "Darn it." He looked around the room forgetting what he was going to do. When it struck him, "I've got to land the TARDIS!" He jotted over to the control panel and looked at the screen, the Gallifreyan words weren't making any since, they read, "It's too late to go back, time is already rewritten." He lost his thought again and when the TARDIS doors swung open his mind went back to working.
He grabbed his sonic screwdriver, a rope, and floss and got to working. He tied the floss tightly around a switch that wouldn't stay put, tied the rope tightly to a sturdy stand, and put the sonic screwdriver in his pocket. He held on to the other part of the rope and jumped out the door."What the hell am I doing?" He thought for a moment thinking if he did something good. Except he couldn't get anything right after the regeneration, everything was going wrong!
"Oh right!" He looked down at everything below to see if the TARDIS would crash in to anything. "Well, that was wasted!" He looked back down and then behind him, he was about to run in to a building when he pointed his sonic screwdriver up and turned it on. The TARDIS went up and he pulled his legs up. "That was so close…" the Doctor quickly pulled himself back up and closed the doors. Everything was going wrong. He was walking back over to the control panel when the TARDIS crashed.
When they crashed the doctor fell in the swimming pool still holding on to the rope. He swiftly pulled himself back up and looked out of the TARDIS. There in front of him stood little Amelia Pond. "Can I have an apple? I like apples…well, I think I do." She was dressed in her night gown and said, "You're too late. The crack is gone, it moved downstairs." Amelia stared at him as if she knew him.
The Doctor not understanding repeated, "Can I have an apple? Then we can talk about this crack."
"Uh…sure." Amelia led the Doctor inside and gave him an apple. "Did you know I love apples? I mean they are so red and sweet and juicy." She stared at him and replied, "Yea…." He took a bite and then kept eating and eating liking the apple.
"So, what was your name? I never caught it, oh! I never introduced myself either, I'm The Doctor."
Amelia quickly replied, "I'm Amelia pond." The Doctor threw the apple and said, "What a pretty name, now…tell me about the crack in your wall. I'm curious why you just suddenly said that to me, it was like you knew me."
Amelia grinned and said, "Yet I do Doctor, yet I do."
Note – I really hope liked this! Sorry it's a short chapter, I've been SO busy lately. The Next Chapter really gets in to The Doctor's head where you find out about him and he remembers everything that happened in the TARDIS. Can you see the hints I'm giving you telling you this has all gone wrong? The TARDIS, the apple, even Amy.
