Habits die hard..do they?
Rating: T, just in case.
Summary: They say habits die hard. Does that also count for drinks?
Pairing(s): MoriHaruhi. But not very heavy, just fluff.
Genre: General

Warning: Hmmm…indirect kisses?
Disclaimer: Since the manga has the REALLY high chance to become TamakiHaruhi, assume I don't own Ouran High School Host Club.

AN: I have no idea where this came from. One moment, I was enjoying my tea, the next, I was scribbling in my notebook. Oh well. I wrote Emotion in the train…

Habit die hard..do they?

I always liked my coffee black. Not with milk, sugar or anything. Just black. It was simple and I like the aroma. It just tastes right. Mitsukuni eats enough sugar for the two of us.

"Mori-sempai!"

Oh. It's Haruhi.

"Haruhi."

She smiled and nodded towards my cup, "Is that coffee?"

"…Yes. Do you want one too?"

"Yes please!"

I stood up from the couch and got another one. I took some milk and sugar with me, she didn't liked it the same way I did.

When I got back, Haruhi was eyeing my cup with…distaste? I blinked a few times and looked again. Yes, it was distaste. Strange…

She looked up and smiled when I gave her her coffee.

She plopped two sugar in her coffee and looked at me.

"You too?"

I automatically declined, "No thanks. I like it black."

"Why black? It's bitter!"

"That's what I like about it."

I took a sip and looked at Haruhi. She looked a bit flushed and she also took a sip out her drink, before she took mine out my hands and putted hers in it.

"Taste it."

"…What?" Now that didn't sound too intelligent.

"Taste it, I'm sure it's good!"

"…"

She looked at me with big eyes, "Please Mori-sempai, could you at least take one sip?"

Great. Now I feel like a jerk. I sighed and took a sip. Sugar, coffee…sweet in gene-

Wait.

There is something else, something sweet. And I'm sure it's not sugar. Or is it?

I frowned and took another sip. Definitely not sugar. So what is it?

"What did you put in it?"

"Two sugar, why?"

"You sure?"

"Yes. Is there something wrong with it?"

"…"

I didn't answer and gave her her coffee back. She drank from it eagerly and then, realization dawned upon me.

It was her cup.

She drank before me.

It was her…

"Mori-sempai, did you like it?" She looked at me with a gentle smile and flushed cheeks.

I gave her one of my rare smiles in return, "Yeah. Maybe I do."
