So finals are next week. Eww. So this will be a slowly updated story until next Thursday. Then I'm gonna make good progress.

Anyways... I've always wanted to write a Wild West story :D so after seeing The Lone Ranger this summer I started thinking about the plot and created this idea from it. And the characters fit so well, I just had to do it.

Amy's look was inspired by a combination of Daisy Duck's look from Mickey's Christmas Carol and Bo Peep's dress from Toy Story.

Prologue

The town was quiet. The saloon was packed, but completely silent. No one could be seen from the streets, except those few people who dared to peak from behind the curtains that covered the windows. One hedgehog stood bravely out on the street. He wore a brown cowboy hat and a blue bandana graced his neck. The sunlight caught the glimmer of a gold star that adorned his brown vest, and his jeans were dusty and warn. In each hand, a pistol was cocked and ready. His brown boots made an interesting contrast between the blue of his skin and quills and the white of his gloves. The look on his face screamed determination.

A black horse rode into town carrying a black and red hedgehog. His hat was black, and a red bandana covered his nose and mouth. His red eyes pierced the atmosphere. His black vest and dark denim jeans were paired with a pair of black boots. He had a pistol on each side of his silver belt. His horse reared suddenly, stopping in front of the blue hedgehog. His horse's silver hair flew up into the air as his white hooves kicked in front of him before hitting the ground. The cold blue eyes of the horse glared into the winter blue ones of the blue hedgehog.

The black hedgehog got down off the horse. He slowly walked over to the blue hedgehog.

"Shadow, you know you ain't welcome in this town," the blue one said. Shadow moved the bandana down to his neck and grinned.

"Why Sheriff Goody-Two-Shoes Sonic, we know I is," Shadow replied. "No you ain't. We all know you ain't welcome in this town because of what your family did." Shadow growled in reply.

"You can't accuse my family of nothing. We ain't done you wrong ever," Shadow said to Sonic.

"We all know you done something. Maybe if your family hadn't done nothing, people would seem to like ya, Shadow," Sonic replied. Shadow said nothing. He got back onto his horse and turned to Sonic.

"Watch your mouth next time, Sheriff," Shadow said before riding off into the distance.

Out of the shadows stepped a young hedgehog. She was pink, and had pink quills that flowed down to her back. In her right hand she had a pink, purple and white parasol. Her dress flowed down to the wooden floor of the porch, and poofed out at the waist, just under her pink and white corset. Her skirt was pink laced with purple ribbon. She had white heels hidden under her skirt, and a feathered pink and purple hat adorned her pink quills. She had white gloves to match. She slowly looked up into the distance and watched Shadow ride away. She gave a heavy sigh.

That hedgehog was me, and this is my story.

Well, this just turned into a chapter story. Dammit.

Hey, do me a solid; answer my poll question in my profile. I wanna know if anyone would me interested in me having a Facebook page that would include the designs of my female characters in my stories?
