I don't know if anyone will understand this. But I thought it sounded pretty intelligent.

When asked what one feared most, most would answer: the unknown. It was a vague answer and left one room to manuever. By answering the unknown one could substitute 'unknown' with just about anything. One could for instance say the unkown was, perhaps a mortal enemy. One could therefore cover up the truth that what they feared most was something childish, like say spiders.
What one really feared was what they knew. The unknown was different. One didn't know what lurked in the shadows of the unknown. For if they did it would become the known and lose all potency. Yet, the unknown was tricky. One thought they had nothing to fear from it. But a single fleeting encounter with its dark recesses left one waking up to their own hoarse screams for years to come.
Sometimes the unknown lured one into a false sense of security by mascarading as something else. Something common, something innocent and harmless. The unknown was after all a master of disguise. When it had caught one in its deadly clutches all personas of kindness and humanity fell away leaving its true face bare for one to see.
This is exactly what happened to Hyuuga Neji. He wanted a fight and his cousin Hinata had been the perfect candidate. He had nothing to fear. She would of course agree to an innocent 'sparring match' because she never said no to anyone. She would of course not tell anyone how she had ended up alone in the training grounds nearly dead, she wouldn't want to get her "dear" cousin in trouble.
But little did Neji know, it woud be the other way around. Hinata had been the one looking for a fight. She would have fought just about anyone, she wasn't picky. They would of course come to her instead of the other way around because it would be off if she asked anyone to fight. They would of course not tell anyone who had left them in such a sorry condition in the training grounds. No one would believe them anyways. Because how could Hinata, the failure of the Hyuuga Clan, beat her cousin Neji, the Hyuuga Genius, to a bloody pulp without taking one hit? In truth, easily. It was just that no one knew it, and if she had her way, no one ever would.
Yes, Hyuuga Hinata truly was the unknown personified.

Well, seeing as this is the first thing I've ever put up here, I'm going to have to ask you to review.
