Tomoyo is dead, but she's offered the chance for happiness with Sakura. She just has to make sure Sakura doesn't find the book of Clow and meets Syaoran. Is the Sakura in this world still the same one Tomoyo loves? Will she truly be happy now? Or will she wish that she were back in the other time slip?

Prologue
It was dark. Through it mattered little; her eyes only saw the world of dark now. Dark, pain and suffering. It was depressing really. She just reached adulthood, only 22. She wasn't full of the hopes and dreams, the late nights and their accompanying relationships. Of the bright career choices she'd made, or the ones that would take her down many job paths. Of the smiles, the laughter, the friendships that would last for he rest of her life. To her there was only one that mattered.
She hadn't meant to get upset earlier. Usually she was the picture of composure. A role model to many other young women she knew. That just didn't stop her from screaming.
She couldn't accept the fact that Sakura would be finally Syaoran's tomorrow evening. Her cheerful best friend would finally be wife and bride. And her? She'd never be either. All she had ever wanted was Sakura. She was unattainable. She had always thought, that if Sakura were happy, then she'd be happy too. It had worked for a long time after all. She'd gotten through the first steps of the couple's relationship, their long engagement, and their obvious and blatant love.
Then she had realised during the rehearsal, that she wasn't at all happy if Sakura was happy. It wasn't enough. So she'd screamed and told Sakura not to do it. Then she'd run out.
She knew she'd hurt Sakura. It made everything worse. The guilt hung like a menacing rain cloud above her. She took a deep breath, letting the cool wind waft past her face. She brushed her pale fingers through her dark purplish hair.
Beneath her fingers the squishy substance rose up and down, as she made the younger Sakura up on the screen, do the same movements over and over again. Rewind, play. Rewind, play. If only life was like a videotape. Then she could rewind and re-do every that had happened that afternoon. She could rewind and make Sakura love her. Make her never meet Syaoran in the first place. Then maybe everyone would be happy. She and Sakura, Syaoran and Meiling. That's the way it should have been.
She cried out in angst and started to weep heavy tears.
'It's useless…'She slowly rose from her chair and wandered over to the window, letting the breeze touch her once more. She then gently closed it and then made sure the house was as clean as possible. She switched the video off, the computer, and unplugged the phone. Then she took the drugs back to her bedroom. She placed the earliest taping of Sakura inside the player and switched the small television screen on.
"Tomoyo-chan!""But Sakura! You look so cute!"
She coughed as the drugs went down and she took a swig of the alcohol on her bedside. Beneath her fingers, as she drifted off to a deep, fatal sleep, she accidentally pressed a button on the video remote, the button she most wanted to press.
Rewind.
Oh. That worked…well. R&R!
