A/N- these stories have been in my laptop for awhile now, and yes, I HAVE PLANS on continuing my other stories but I think I can accomplish them alone hahahaa anyway, here's another one.
Destiny Is What They Call It
Marceline opened her bag again next to the trash can and bit her lip as she examines on what clothing will she have to throw at the trashcan, she's at an airport in Germany, can't check-in because of excess baggage.
"Fuck it," she cursed as she took a brown trench coat and stares at it, "the fuck, do I really?" she groans as she hands it to the trashcan when she heard someone cleared their throat. She looks at the interruption and it was a woman, has pink hair, cerulean blue eyes, and is wearing a purple dress over a pink cardigan with brown leather shoes.
She tilted her head at the pink haired beauty, okay, she's beautiful but what the hell does she want? "How can I help you?" she asked nicely as her other brow was raised.. The pink girl smiled, "I am Bonnibel Bubblegum, Half-German the other breed is American, I've been observing you and based on what I saw you're having difficulties with your baggage, because I have counted that the next one you check the weight of that bag will be the 7th time, no I'm not stalking, I am not a creep, I just want to help," she paused to breathe, "again, I am Bonnibel Bubblegum, can I help you?"
Marceline blinked, she didn't say anything.. Bonnibel offered her hand, "I don't have all day, also I'm heading to Ooo.."
She can't let go of the trench coat because she loves it more than she loves anyone else, also the other things in that bag, "Well, can you open your bag for me? At least I can estimate how space will these stuff will cover." Marceline said but the pink girl smiled at her, "approximately 25 kilos would cover up the extra space that I have, I'm a light traveler." She said as she crouched down next to Marceline, "Can I?" she asked, Marceline was reluctant to say no, but she's the only chance that she's got so she said, "Uh, sure, thanks by the way." She smiled, "You're welcome, it's my Scout's Honor to help anyone who needs helping." She said as she moved some clothes to her bag, Marceline just watched.
"I'm Marceline, Marceline Abadeer."
"You don't remember me, do you?"
Marceline blinked, "Huh?" Huh? Bonnibel… Bonnibel Bubblegum…
The other girl giggled, closed her bag and stood up, offering her hand to Marceline who looks at her, dazed and confused.
"God, Vampire Queen, I'm hurt." She mocked, at the same time rolled her eyes when Marceline stood on her own, "Seriously though, you don't?"
Marceline rubbed her neck, "I'm sorry, Bubblegum, I got an accident 4 years ago, maybe that's the reason I don't remember you.." she paused as she bit her lip, the name does ring the bell to her, but she can't put a ring on it "Miss Bubbblegum, so can we check in now? We can talk at the plane." She smirked, Bubblegum nodded.
Of course, she got in an accident, she always does. Bonnibel thought as she sighed and followed Marceline at the check-in counter.
z-z-z
"so, how did we meet?" she asked, Bonnibel stopped reading her book about Trigonometry and looks at the raven haired girl, she was still the Marceline that she knew since pre-school. Black raven hair that runs to her waist, green eyes, and that smirk that never goes off.
"we were classmates in pre-school to college." She shrugged her shoulders, Marceline's eyes widened.
"Whoah! That long?! How can I forget someone like you?" she asked, Bonnibel smiled at Marceline's reaction, you can see the confusion on her eyes.
"You got in an accident, remember?" she smiled as she tapped a finger on Marceline's pointy nose and goes back to reading her book, Marceline scratched her head and bit her lip, "Why is it that I cannot remember you? If I've known you that long.."
Bonnibel still not glancing at Marceline said, "you see, I was the only one who knows you at that time," she paused as she moved to another page and started scribbling, "You knew that I existed when we were in College."
"Oh, then what happened?" she asked, as she looks at the pink haired beauty who is busy scribbling formulas, "We became friends."
"But how?"
Bonnibel closed her book, why am I telling her this? Should I be happy that she no longer remembers me? Or should I alter her memories? But I can never be sure if she remembers me or not, I'll just have to wait for it then.
"I really cannot remember, but you copy notes from me in our Bio class and you're one hell of a flirter." She smiled, Marceline grinned and nodded, "Well, I do admit those things, but does my friends know you?"
Bonnibel bit her lip, "If they are college friends, then I'm pretty sure that they do, or even Marshall.. if he still remembers me."
Marceline frowned, "He can't now, he's dead."
The pink haired girl gasped, "How? Is that why you came to Germany—"
Marceline looks at her, "How the hell did you know about that? I thought that I only borrow notes and flirt with you—"
"We are much more than that, Marceline." She paused then opened her book again, "How are you?" she asked, a smile was imprinted on her face as she found the limit of infinity.
"I don't really know how to answer that question, uh.." Marceline stuttered, "How do I call you? Well, before.."
"P-butt, PB, Bon-bon, nerd, Princess Nerd, Princess Bubblegum," she paused when she felt a pang on her chest, "Bonnie."
"Bonnie," she repeated, Bonnie, huh "Bonnie." I like how it sounds from my vocal chords, "So, Bonnie." Marceline rested her head on the window and played at the mini-table in front of her, she started tapping on the object in front of her.
Bonnibel looks at Marceline's delicate fingers as she said, "So, Marceline."
"Who am I?" she blurted out, Bonnibel glanced at her and she saw Marceline's eyes were on the ceiling, the tapping was still there.
"I beg your pardon?"
"How much do you know me?"
"Why do you ask?"
"Because I don't even know myself anymore, I tend to forget things, remind me how I was before."
Bonnibel paused to think, how is she before? She pondered by putting her pointing finger at her chin and bit her lip, "Your birthday's on the 25th of December, by now you're already 28.. you have an older brother, Marshall , in high school you're the Vampire Queen, in college you're still reigning, you play bass, piano, acoustic guitar, ukulele, drums, and any other instruments that I could think of.. You love every subject in school except for Math and Science; you were a suma cum laude in College and a salutatorian in High School, daughter of Hunson Abadeer and Merideth Green though they were never married. When
Your dad was busy, you're always staying at Uncle Simon's.. hmm, what else.." she hummed, her brows furrowed deep in thought, while Marceline on the other hand was bewildered, how the hell does she know about these things?!
"Bonnie," Marceline called, but to no avail, Bonnibel was still deep in thought, "Uh hey," she tried again but the woman was still in her thinking stance "Damn it, hey!" Marceline shook her, Bonnibel who was in shock grab Marceline by the hem of her white shirt and when she opened her eyes, their faces were only inches apart.
"What.." Bonnibel whispered, her voice cowering at the shit that she got into, allured by Marceline's green, dreamy eyes.
Bonnibel you dumb piece of shit. Here you are, in front of your first love, not remembering you and instead of leaving, you're now here, in front of her, inches away from kissing the soul out of her.
"Sorry." Marceline said as she let go of her and Bonnibel frowned at the action but was returned with a smile, "Sorry, I was thinking, when people do that I freak out." She giggled nervously as she put a strand on the side of her ear, which Marceline found gorgeous, she cleared her throat to hide the blush and sighed, "I have a question."
Bonnibel opened her book and licked her lips, "Yes?"
"Wanna go on a city hopping with me?"
The pink haired girl looks at her, "Eh? Why would I do that?"
"Because you're like a math problem that I want to solve, Miss Bubblegum." She smirked, Bonnibel blushed, and she said those words to me before!
"I would be glad to see you try, Abadeer." She winked as she continued reading the book.
The whole travel back to Ooo was rather peaceful when the two decided not to talk until the end of the flight.
x-x-x
"Did your parents ever told you about city-hopping with a stranger?" Bonnibel asked as they got outside the airport and was waiting for the taxi when Marceline raised a brow at her, "Bonnie, you are not a stranger." she rolled her eyes, "You know me. The only difference here is, I don't."
Bonnibel giggled, "Idiot, it's the same."
"Whatever," Marceline rolled her eyes at the pink girl and called a taxi, "So, where are you taking me?" the pink haired girl asked as they got inside the taxi, "Pili Drive, 7th block, please."
Bonnibel grinned, Finn and Jake's adress.. I wonder what they are like now, it's been 5 years since I last saw them.
