A.N – Hey everyone, I'm back. I know I have been away for a while, but it was mainly because of schoolwork, and loss of interest in general. I have decided to create this new story, and I hope you enjoy it.
Gladion walked down the dimly moonlit street with his hands in his black jacket's pockets. His hood hung over the top of his head, and his navy jeans, slightly ripped, were baggy. It was apparent to the town's locals – he was a nuisance. The ambient sound of police sirens echoed throughout the suspicious alleyways.
Suddenly, Gladion encountered a figure in the dark. 'A threat,' he thought, readying his Poke Balls on his beige belt.
"My, my, Gladion," the shady figure muttered. "Will you ever learn to NOT enter our territory?"
"Hey, calm down. I ain't asking for trouble, man," he calmly responded, backing away.
"Well that isn't very apparent to me. You scammed me, you are the reason why we no longer live in our 'home' anymore," the intimidating silhouette said, slowly revealing his face.
Gladion realised who he was speaking to. It was Guzma, the leader of his old gang.
"Guzma?" he said lowly. Then, Gladion darted off, not caring that his Poke Balls had fallen on the ground. He then found a corner near a stereotypical Detroit house. It appeared familiar to him. Looking inside, Gladion found a dusty frame, with a picture of a face that was also familiar to him. However, he couldn't decrypt who it was, so he placed back down on the torn floor. As he trekked into what appeared to be the kitchen, he discovered many knives, scattered across the murky kitchen counter. They had a 'red substance' on them. Blood.
"What are you doing here?!" a Team Skull grunt called. He wielded a rifle in one hand, and a knife in the other.
"Uh, um, I'm sorry!" he stammered, before running out.
The grunt watched him run away. "You better be damn sorry."
Gladion was homeless, had no parents, and lived off of stealing food from old Detroit 'homes'.
"I hate this," he said to himself. "First of all, my parents die, and then, I get kicked off Team Skull."
(Okay, that was it. It was a short introduction to explain what is to come. Please tell me what you think of it so far!)
