Hello! This is my first TT story. Not my first fanfiction, mind you; I've been writing for Artemis Fowl for years. This is the first time with TT characters, though. Short and sweet, pretty much. Please tell me how I did!

Robin was not in a good mood.

Things were piling up against him at the moment. There was a meeting he had to go to with the mayor, Kid Flash suddenly decided that if he didn't go to a movie with him soon he would kidnap him from the tower, and to top it all off, Slade had been sighted.

This being the case, the Boy Wonder was in his file room, trying to sort everything out. He hadn't seen any of the other titans for hours. Cyborg and Beast Boy had started steering clear of him as soon as they saw how determined he looked, Raven was spending the day meditating, and Starfire had been at the mall when he had entered the room.

To put it bluntly, Robin was severely stressed. He had to push aside both the mayor's meeting and KF's precious movie to spend time searching for Slade. This, of course, caused more problems, such as the fact that the mayor may have something important to tell him, and that Kid Flash was crazy enough to actually come to the tower and kidnap him.

This was most definitely not what he needed at the moment.

These thoughts in mind, he racked his gloved hand through his hair. The boy wonder dully noticed the hair gel getting on his bright green gloves, but did not remove his hand right away. All the stress was giving him an awful headache, and he felt that perhaps holding his head for a moment would ease the pain.

It was while Robin was in this position that Starfire walked in.

When the alien princess had come back from the mall, she had searched for Robin, only to be told by Cyborg that he had retreated to his file room. She immediately began to trek towards the room, ignoring Beast Boy's warnings about the bad mood Robin had.

She knocked on the door, but received no answer. Deciding that, since Robin had been known to get a bit obsessive over his work, it would be for his own good if she came in to check on him.

Starfire had not expected Robin to be in the position of weakness she found him in.

"Robin?"

The young hero's head snapped up, the lenses of his mask widening in surprise. After realizing that it was Starfire that had shocked him, he quickly relaxed.

"Hey Star. What brings you here?"

The alien walked towards her leader hesitantly.

"Robin, I was told by Raven you have been feeling stressed. Is it true that the Slade has been spotted?"

The boy wonder slumped against the table, sighing.

"Yes, he has. Plus, the mayor wants a meeting, and KF is being a jerk about spending time with me again. I swear, I have no idea why I still even try to hang out with him anymore…"

Starfire took a step towards him, putting a hand on his arm.

"I know that it is your nature to chase after the Slade, but perhaps you should schedule a time to talk to the mayor briefly. As for your friend, you should tell him that he is not currently your top priority."

Robin smiled at her slightly.

"You're right… Thanks Star. I should have thought of that myself…"

The alien left the room with a small smile, glad that she had perhaps helped her friend.

A moment later, though, the alarm went through the tower. Robin suddenly ran out of the room, racing past her. As he passed the rest of the team, he called out to them.

"Slade is on the other side of town, we need to move!"

This action just made Starfire sigh. It would take a lot more than just a talk to change Robin's nature. She should have realized that.

As she followed her leader, Starfire knew she would just have to try harder. Robin couldn't continue with his unhealthy obsessions.

She would work as hard as she had to save Robin from himself, for that was his enemy here.
