Give me a reason to believe that you're gone

I see your shadow so I know they're all wrong

Moonlight on the soft brown earth

It leads me to where you lay

They took you away from me but now I'm taking you home

Dark. Everywhere. So much, it seemed like the world would never be light again. Never would the sun rise over the hills, never again would one walk in the sunlight. That's pretty much how dark that night was to the Order. The darkness of the night's happenings wrapped around the whole Order of the Phoenix like a tight, suffocating blanket. Everyone felt like they'd never surface again.

For this Order had lost another member. The ranks had dropped by one number.

Bruised, scarred, emotions running high, the Order of the Phoenix silently departed the Ministry. Everything was in disarray. The statue was broken, glass was shattered. Like snow, the white material resided everywhere, crunching under everyone's feet. Such an ominous sound in the deadly silence.

Walking next to Mad Eye and Harry, Nymphadora Tonks remained quiet for once. She had been revived, and was well enough to walk back to Grimmauld Place. Only, it didnt seem like it would ever be the same.

Sniffing, and wiping her eyes with her sleeve, the violet haired woman quietly walked out of the door, drooping her head, ignoring the stares she felt coming at them from the Ministry officials, and other Aurors. After the fight, they had deemed Tonks not well enough to help clear up. She was to be given a weeks leave. In a way, she was glad. Tidying was never her thing. But there was one thing she had to take care of, when she had the chance.

Bellatrix. Tonks felt that if only she'd finished off the old hag in their duel, Sirius might not have died. Her vision slightly clouded by tears, she clung onto Mad Eye's sleeve, apparating with everyone back to Grimmauld place.
