Pokemon: Battle Legacy
My name is Liam. I'm a 16-year-old Pokemon Trainer from Twinleaf Town in the Sinnoh Region. When I turned 10. instead of choosing from the Sinnoh starter Pokemon (Chimchar,Piplup, or Turtwig), I traveled to the Kanto Region and found a Pikachu. I named it Sparx and it became my best friend. While in the Kanto Region, I also captured a Charmander whom I named Blaze, a Bulbasaur whom I named Bryan, and a Squirtle whom I named Blaster, knowing someday, he'd be a Blastoise. In my years travelling through the Kanto, Johto, and Hoenn Regions to get back home,I battled many trainers and gained many friends. After battling for a very long time, Blazer eventually evolved into a Charmeleon, then a Charizard. Bryan evolved into an Ivysaur, then a Venusaur. Blaster evolved into a Wartortle, but not a Blastoise. Not enough experiance I suppose. But I can wait.
On my 15th birthday, I returned home. My 9-year-old brother Sam hugged me as I entered. "Welcome home, Liam! How was your journey?" he asked, scratching Sparx behind its left ear. I ruffled his hair. "Fun, little bro. Let's go out back. I want you to meet the rest of my Pokemon." I said. My parents own a ranch, so our backyard is huge! A perfect place for my Pokemon to run free.
I pulled out my other three Poke' Balls and threw them in the air, releasing Blazer, Bryan, and Blaster. Sam was amazed. "A Charizard, Venusaur and...Wartortle? It didn't evolve into a Blastoise yet?" Sam asked. I shrugged. "He just doesn't have enough experiance yet, I guess. But he's still a tough fighter, aren't ya, Blaster?" I asked as I scratched my beloved Wartortle's ears, which he loved. "Wartortle! War! Tor!" Blaster exclaimed. From then on, I trained etra hard with Blaster, while paying attention to my other Pokemon when I could. I wanted a strong friendship with each one. Sparx, being a Pikachu, hated Poke' Balls, so he slept in my room. Blazer loved being able to spread his wings, so Sam and I built him a little roost in the yard. Bryan loved being outdoors, soaking up the sun. Sohe made his roost at the ranch. And for one year, we rested, back home after 5 years.
