A/N: This is short and it was a bit rushed but I wanted to write something for Percy's birthday so this is the result! Enjoy and happy birthday Percy :)

Percy rolled over in bed, turning to face away from the sun leaking in through the open window. He moved closer to his wife so he could cuddle with her as he went back to sleep, but her side of the bed was cold and empty.

He reluctantly opened one eye. Annabeth had already gotten out of bed. So much for early morning cuddling.

Already awake and deciding it was time to get up after glancing at the clock, Percy opened both eyes and stretched. Despite Annabeth not being in their room, the apartment was quiet. Too quiet. Annabeth was pretty noisy when she was awake before him, no matter how hard she tried to keep silent.

He shrugged on a shirt and changed out of his sweats into jeans before deciding to go into the living room.

"Annabeth?" He called out as he opened the door. The second it creaked open there was a blur of people and balloons as they all shouted.

"Happy birthday Percy!"

He looked around, completely surprised, with a smile. There was his mom and Paul, Thalia, Grover, Tyson, Hazel, Jason, Frank, Leo, Nico, Chiron in his wheelchair, and Annabeth, her face glowing. All standing in the living room.

The apartment was covered in decorations, streamers hanging everywhere and balloons both on the ground and the ceiling. Percy saw a large cake on the table along with other party snacks and a punch bowl. The cake was blue and read: 'Happy 25th Birthday!'

"Cake for breakfast, my favorite!" He said and everyone laughed. "Wow...25. Sometimes I felt like I wouldn't live this long."

The next few hours were full of talking, hugging, eating, and opening gifts. Percy caught up with his friends and admired some of their young children. Near the end Poseidon himself paid a visit.

"So did you like your party?" Annabeth asked him once everyone had left and they were finishing off the cake.

Percy smiled. "Best birthday ever."

Annabeth put down her plate. "Percy...I have something to tell you."

Percy gulped down a bite of cake nervously. "What is it? Is everything okay? Did something happen?"

Annabeth smiled. "No, nothing like that. I'm-I'm pregnant."

Percy dropped his plate (thankfully it was plastic). "You're preg-? Annabeth, I...that's wonderful!" He said, wrapping her in a tight hug.

"I was wrong." He told her, his voice muffled in her hair. "Now it's the best birthday ever."
