-1Authors note- This is written by two people, btw. We're trying out this whole, co-writing thing (again) so if it sounds kind of chopping contrastive criticism is nice. Thanks for reading a please review.

Coconuts Can Be Deadly

Prolong

On a distant beach, in a distant world, there was a you boy, his name was Sora. Tragically he died one day, before completing his fate. This is where our tale begins…

It had been a cheerful day, like any other day on Destiny Islands. Nothing in the atmosphere suggested a catastrophic event. It all began on a nice warm sunny morning. The palm trees were swaying the gentle wind and the ocean was a crystal clear blue. Sora lived on the tranquil Destiny Islands with his mother. He was only thirteen years on the morning of June 13th, the day his untimely death came about.

He had contracted Tuberculosis earlier that month and was currently fighting the disease. He had been coughing up blood for weeks and sweating with an intense fever. There was nothing anyone could do as Sora spent each day in pain as his health and physique was waning. Everyone watched this happen day in and day out, helpless as his bodily functions slowly came to a halt. Sora hated being confined each day to a sick bed so he decided to sneak out.

Putting a mask over his mouth, so not to spread the disease. He then proceeded to climb out the window as dawn turned to light. The warm breeze played through his hair and the sand gave beneath his feet. He finally came to rest against a towering palm tree. The rough bark scratched his back he slid down to sit in the soft sand. His breathing was shallow and the heat emanating from him was well above 101 degrees.

He hit the tree in ANGER. Why was he so sick and helpless? There was a loud SNAP! from above him. Before his mind could process what the possible cause of the noise could have been, his world went black. All he heard was his shallow breathing as the last seconds slipped away. He lay there on the beach as his breathing stopped.
