I found this from like, six moths ago and I just wanted to post it. To my Unforgivable fans, if any of you are reading this, I will update, I just don't know when. Please don't give up on me.
To those who don't know me, please, check out my other stories.
So this might be a little confusing but I hope you understand who is who. If not then use this:
-She italicized is Miley
-She underlined is Lily
Enjoy!
Oliver 3rd person POV
She was a badass skater girl. She was the typical good girl. Oliver didn't know how they worked.
She's the good girl that doesn't get into any trouble, the one who gets good grades (with the exception of Biology of course), and always turns in homework.
She's the badass skater chick who loves to stir up trouble but never gets caught in the crossfire.
They were Oliver's two best friends and somehow, each other's best friend. He doesn't know how it works with them.
He frequently hears them argue about whether to watch a romantic comedy or a horror. Then they would have a silent conversation with their eyes and the argument is resolved. Horror tonight, comedy tomorrow. No words would pass their lips, but they both understood it as if they had.
When he's with her, they go to the mall and get manicures (and he doesn't care what people say, it can be manly).
When he's with her, they go skateboarding.
When they are all at the beach, he and her go surfing while she sunbathes. But anywhere else and they're together, side by side with arms hooked and talking in animated voices, Oliver forgotten. Then they would remember their other friend and offer him to come to their movie night.
He would politely turn them down. They needed their time together.
They fit. They were opposites, but they were also best friends.
He doesn't understand how it works.
They change each other. Not on purpose, but they do. She comes to the skate park now, just to watch, and she enjoys laughing at her sad attempts to step onto a board before leaving his side to help her.
She goes to the mall now, criticizing and complimenting new outfits they try on. She's content to just lay on the sand instead of hitting the waves as long as she is there.
He doesn't understand. They call him doughnut, and maybe that's why. He just doesn't understand how they work.
They walk in front of him on the way home from school and they're holding hands; they always do. When he says goodbye, they wave and he walks down his street before turning around to look back. He sees them peck each other on the lips.
They're together.
At Hannah concerts, both of their personalities shift. Now she's calm and confident, and she's excited and hyper.
She gets backstage after singing her songs and the other girl pulls her into a deep kiss, oblivious to the other people and stagehands.
They don't care if people see Hannah and Lola.
They would then smile at him and pull him into a giddy hug before she pulls her into the dressing room for some alone time.
They are opposites in every way. She is blonde and she is burnet, but the edges have always blurred when they are together.
Only their eyes are the same, full of life and love and the exact same shade of blue. Like they are the same life, same soul.
But other than that, they are just so different. And they spend so much time with each other, you would think that one girl is the extension of the other.
He just doesn't understand how they work, yet he can't imagine one with out the other. They are simply Miley and Lily.
I hope you liked this. Please leave a review on what you think of it!
