The Doctor fidgited with his suit, nervous. He'd pulled Rose out of the Alternate Universe. They'd finally be able to be together! He had an announcement for her. He had to finish his sentence, the one he'd started so long ago at Bad Wolf Bay. Rose walked into the console room of the TARDIS, wearing a long, pink, flowy dress that made both of the Doctor's hearts race. He smiled at her and they set off to a "surprise" planet. It was one that was covered entirely with flowers. All the flowers you could imagine. And some of them sing! Once they were there, he watched his beautiful Rose wander around, playing with the flowers. Finally, he led her to a small patch that was a circular clearance with a tree shaped like a heart. The sun was just setting. While Rose had her back on him, to gaze at the lovely view, The Doctor knelt down on one knee. She gasped when she saw him and he took her hand. "Rose Tyler. You loved me when I thought no one ever could. You gave me my life back, and I learned that it was unbearable without you. I want you to be mine forever. I think it be appropriate that I complete the statement I didn't finish so long ago at Bad Wolf Bay. Rose Tyler, I love you. Will you marry me?" He presented her with a TARDIS ring and she squealed, screaming YES. They kissed and lived happily ever after.
