The Great Race
It was a cold day in New York's Central Park. Only four racers stood. They were Richard Grayson, Wally West, Conner Kent, and Artemis Crock. The small flakes of snow falling made the scene look if even possible more beautiful. Central park was already packed before but now it was a whelming size. The friendly race meant nothing more than a simple way to have fun and cure boredom. It was a simple race once around central park on bike, loser got to buy lunch.
The race literally started off with a bang as Conner's bike tire popped and the others laughed. It seemed that Conner's speed and force was too much for his tire. The frustrated racer went to sit off in the bench at the starting mark. In the lead was Richard Grayson and the close second was Artemis Crock, Wally West was just a few feet behind them and was accelerating very quickly. But at the sudden change of Velocity Wally's bike spun out of control and the motion of it distracted Artemis which made her bike also crash next to Wally's.
Richard had crossed the finish line making him the winner with the obvious time he had from Artemis and Wally's crash and Conner's tire problems. Not soon after Conner had paid for their lunch and they were all eating happily.
