'Love is not love which alters when it alteration finds.'
Clearly, Shakespeare had never met someone like Lucas Scott. He could never choose. He wanted Peyton, he couldn't get her, so he settled for me. And Brooke Davis fell in love with a guy in love with her best friend. He couldn't decide who he loved, who he wanted. Peyton or Brooke? Blonde or brunette? Artist or cheerleader? He broke my heart. They both did. The two people I loved most in the world. My two best friends. The worst thing was that even though they hurt me so much, even though I was pissed off and broken inside, I couldn't hate them. I loved them too much. And I made the mistake of letting them in again. There's that saying, 'Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.' They fooled me again. This time, I thought he was really mine. But he kissed her. Again, my best friend took the love of my life from me. I know everyone thinks I'll be fine. I'm Brooke Davis. I bounce back from everything. But they broke me so completely. Enough is enough, I have to get out of here. I love you, Tutorgirl and I'm sorry. Don't leave Rach-ho alone too. She's cool, you know? Like me. And this way you won't be alone. I love you guys. But I have to go.

AN: This is something that came to me during a Creative Writing Workshop I had. Don't forget to review and tell me what you think! It's shorter than what I usually write, but this was a ramble in my head. Brooke just had to say her piece.
