So my lovelies! Welcome to the first chapter of my very first Harry Potter fanfiction. :D
I've worked quite hard to plan this out, and figure out what I wanted to happen, what conflicts that Harry should encounter. What I wanted to add to the story.
Beware there is major changes from the canon in this story.
I spent two whole days just looking through HP history and family trees to make this as accurate as possible without using characters already in the HP world. And then I spent another two days changing certain family trees, and then making a family tree. Let me tell ya, its fucking exhausting. And now I have carpel tunnel because I was "smart" and decided to write out in pencil the family trees, and color code with markers.
I took it seriously man.
And now my right hand suffers.
ANYWHO
Lets get on with the story, I spent nearly a page on the author note ^^;
Disclaimer: I do not own Harry Potter or any of the characters except those I explicitly made for the purpose of this story.
Also be aware Harry is only 6 or 7 at the time of the prologue.
I'm covering my ears like a kid
When your words mean nothing, I go la la la
I'm turning up the volume when you speak
'Cause if my heart can't stop it,
I find a way to block it, I go
Prologue - La La La La
All you could hear was the sound of the fragile glass plate crashing to the recently scrubbed tile floor. And it was more frightening then the nightmares that seemed to plague young Harry at night when he would finally be able to close his eyes.
Harry tried to evade the large hand that only could belong to his uncle, but unfortunately he was too slow. Vernon grabbed his arm with bruising force and violently pulled him towards the stairs that led to the upper floors.
Harry's already large emerald eyes grew in fright. "No! No! I promise I'll be good!"
Vernon dragged the small raven haired boy up the stairs, ignoring his nephews begs and pleas. The freak didn't deserve mercy in his eyes. No. He deserved worse then what he was going to give him. He was being lenient. The freak should be thankful he was being merciful.
Harry tried to pry the hand off his arm, but his uncle was stronger and bigger than him. It was a useless feat. But he continued to try and break free from the bruising hold before they got to the room.
The room that caused his nightmares. That made Harry wake up in the middle of the night sobbing quietly. Because if he made a sound, it would be worse.
Before Harry could even blink he was shoved inside a dark room, and hit the floor with a sickening thud. He turned around to see the door slam close, and could hear a lock being turned.
"Uncle Vernon, please no!" He pleaded, but his uncle ignored him again. A hand grabbed his leg, and pulled him across the floor into a larger body. "NO, NO PLEASE! I'LL DO ANYTHING!"
Downstairs Petunia Dursley sat at her pristine dining room table. The only sound in the house she could hear, were the sounds of her nephew's screams and sobs.
She covered her ears. "La la la la la"
If our love is running out of time
I won't count the hours, rather be a coward
When our worlds, collide
I'm gonna drown you out before I lose my mind
Well. How was it? I know it was short, but it is only the prologue.
It went darker than I thought it would.
Oops.
Please review! And tell me if I should continue :D
