Spike's First Job Application
Michaelangelo Spike Scarlatti, needed to be vetted for high level security clearance by Canada's intelligence agency CSIS. After many months of trying to woo Spike from SRU Team One, CSIS knew it was defeated. Since they wouldn't be able to acquire his full-time services, it was agreed that he would, instead, assist the intelligence agency on a consulting basis.
The vetting was very thorough to say the least, including getting information from his very first employer, a fast food outlet around the corner from his home, owned and operated by his father's best friend. It included getting a copy of his first ever job application form at age 15, when boys of a particular age obsessed about a certain thing.
After reading it, the CSIS Analyst decided that in the interest of national security to keep it sealed, NEVER TO BE OPENED. The Analyst didn't think enemies of the state would take Canada seriously if they saw what it said.
This was what it said.
