A/N: Just a quick one shot that popped into my head after seeing the most recent episode and the promo for next week :)
Reviews are much loved!
It had been five months since she had seen him last.
Five months since she had given up on her plan.
Five months since she had realised that when you have an opportunity, you have to take it.
Five months since she had made a complete fool of herself by leaving him that message.
But now he was coming back.
Andy was getting changed in the locker room alone, with a million thoughts racing through her.
What's he gonna say?
What am I supposed to say?
It was what it was.
I was drunk.
I was confused.
Andy shook her head in frustration.
"Watch you don't hit your head on your locker door, it tends to hurt"
Andy turned to see him stood heart fluttered, Sam.
"You're… uh..early" She stated to him, great opening Andy she scolded herself.
"I guess I am, but I could say the same about you"
She half smiled and nodded "So the..uh…job went okay?"
He nodded with a flash of his dimples "Yep, all done and dusted."
"So you're back?" she asked slowly, turning to look in her locker.
He stepped closer to her as she remained looking into her locker. She sighed, taking in his smell. I missed that, she told herself.
"Yeah. I am."
They stood in an uneasy silence for a little while.
"So… I… uh… I got this message on my phone" he looked on as the colours rose in her cheeks "Andy…"
"It's fine Sam, you had a great opportunity and you wanted it, so you went for it" she turned to face him and took in his features, god I missed him she admitted to herself.
"Yeah, but if I had known I had an opportunity with you…." He trailed off, shaking his head "look you told me you had a plan and it seemed like I didn't fit into it"
"Sam, its fine. Honestly." He could see the pain in her face.
She couldn't stay there any longer, she wanted him too much. So she shut her locker and headed for the door. She was stopped as he grabbed her by the wrist and she turned back to face him. They were so close and she could feel his warm breath hitting her face.
"I…Uh..I planned to say all these things to you and... and now…" she stuttered.
"I thought you were done with planning?" he asked, flashing his dimples.
"I was. I am." She corrected herself.
"So what are you living by now? I mean now there's no plan to go by…" he questioned in a husky voice that sent shivers down her back.
"If I get an opportunity I like, I take it" she replied smiling sweetly.
They're faces began leaning into each other. Her eyes were fixed on his lips and his on hers.
"If we do this, there's no going back." He stated, giving her the opportunity to draw back as much as he didn't want her to.
"I don't want to go back" she replied, before placing a tender kiss on his lips.
The kiss was nothing like their first kiss. That one had been filled with lust, fear and need. This one was filled with promise, forgiveness, want, passion and above all - love.
