A/N: Heyo! Another FLUFFY fiction par moi! Did I mention I am a sucker for sappiness. ;)

This story takes place after Send in the Clones. After the crowd chases Jimmy Neutron because the evil Jimmy is still loose. Great episode.

I don't own Jimmy Neutron. (I wish his inventions existed though) ;)

Jimmy had come home with a black eye, he wasn't look where he was going and crashed into a pole. The crowd who was just chasing him had just shrugged and left but Carl and Sheen took Jimmy home. Now Jimmy sat on his porch with an ice pack held to his face. The porch light was on. He looked up at the stars also noticing that Cindy's light was on, lost in his thoughts he didn't notice the blonde walking up his porch steps and sitting beside him. She moved a little closer so that elbows were almost brushing.

"You sure bumped into that pole pretty hard, Nerdtron." She tried to stifle a giggle as she remembered. Jimmy moaned and almost made the mistake of slapping his forehead.

"Way to state the obvious, Vortex." He smirked as he switched the ice pack from the tired arm to the other, being careful not to show Cindy the damage of the pole on his face. Cindy's smile fell as he did so, only seeing the edge of the dark purple ring around his eye.

"Lemme see, Neutron." She leaned closer, reaching for the ice pack.

"No!" Her eyes widened in shock as Jimmy cleared his throat. "I mean, leave me alone, Vortex." He backed away from the girl.

Cindy wasn't going to let some arrogant boy tell her what to do. She swiftly took the ice pack without hurting him. Much practice from her tai chi lessons. "Hey!" The boy cried out in protest. She smirked in triumph as she held the cold bag in her hands. Jimmy sighed in annoyance and defeat. "What do you want with me, Vortex? Just leave me in peace." His low voice sent shivers down her spine.

Cindy ignored the comment and scooted closer so she could see better. Jimmy turned his attention away from the annoying blonde and looked across the street. Suddenly he felt a soft, warm hand caress his bruised eye. He turned in shock, looking into her ocean blue eyes, her hand still delicately touching his face.

"That pole really did a number on you." She whispered, then chuckled. He was already under her spell, her caresses was putting him to sleep and all he could do was grunt in response. "I like you better when you're like this." She continued to whisper, she took the ice pack and placed it back on his eye, holding it there for him. He noticeably shivered when the cold came in contact with his skin.

"Uh huh." That was all the boy could muster, Cindy Vortex had rendered him speechless. All he could do was stare in shock at how quickly became soft and caring. This is new.

Cindy's eyes widened as she realized that he was leaning closer within seconds. "What are you doing?" Her alarm shocked Jimmy out of his reverie. The ice pack had dropped from her head and now creating a small puddle on the porch. Then he realized how close he was, with a shake of his head, he quickly moved away.

"Nothing." He muttered, a distinct blush on his cheeks. Cindy got up and walked down the steps. She was about to leave when she turned around ran back up the steps and gave him a small peck on the lips. Cindy made sure she was careful not to hurt him. "Get better, Neutron." Her voice faded as she ran across the street and into her house. Jimmy's eyes widened, his cheeks flushed and a smile crossing his features. He stood up and stretched after picking up the ice pack and placing it on his bruised eye. He opened the door to his house but before he closed it, Jimmy glanced at the house across from his and smiled softly.

"Goodnight, Vortex." He whispered then he shut the door.

A/N: Sorry, it's short. Very Short. What did you think? Review. Por Favor? ;) Luv you all.
