Happy New Year everybody!
I am obsessed with Doctor Who at the moment, so I thought I'd write this. It's based on the episode "The Doctor 's Daughter", ep 6, season 4. Here goes!
I was born to be a soldier. It was the only thing I knew.
Then I met my father, and he taught me there are other ways. He brought peace amongst humans and Hath, after a war that had lasted generations.
He invited me to travel through time and space with him in his TARDIS. I was so happy then.
But as we were about to leave I died. I saved the Doctor from a misguided man's bullet.
The Doctor left with his companion, Donna Noble.
But I was a Time Lord's daughter. I wasn't giving up that easily.
I used my regeneration to come back to life, then I stole a rocket, off to explore the universe. I had so much to learn.
I visited so many wonderful planets, some habitated, some not. I saw vast mountains of violet grass, yellow skies and blue suns. It was all beautiful and strange and different. I made many friends and many enemies. Those were some of the happiest times.
Then it all changed.
I was on the planet of the Stigorax. It was deserted because the humans had hunted all the Stigorax down a long time ago, then left themselves. The vegetation, however, had bloomed beautifully since then.
As I was walking through a forest of trees with white glowing flowers as big as my face, I saw a grey mass. It stuck out clearly in the vivid green grass, and I was sure it hadn't been there before.
Being only five years old, I let curiosity overtake me and went closer. It was a lifesize statue of an angel with it's hands over it's face. It's wings were folded upon it's back and a short tunic draped around it. I found it quite mysterious, probably because I couldn't see it face. As I reached out to touch it, a heavy wind picked up. I blinked as it blew dust into my eyes.
Ok, that's it for now. Not sure if I'm going to finish it. I will try though! Please review?
