A/N: A little angsty dribble of Jeff and Britta! I own nothing! Listened to Lana del Rey's "Blue Jeans" while writing this which is the song that's played in the story in italics. I'm in a very angsty mood lately, haha.

"Well this was a pleasure, as always," Jeff says, fixing his tie. Britta grins and pulls on her underwear before accepting a rough kiss from him.

"I'll drive you to school?" he asks. She nods and gets her things.

They get to school and get out of Jeff's car at the same time. Both wearing black leather jackets, both wearing aviators. Shirley and Annie wait for them in the parking lot nearby.

"Oooh, you two look nice," Shirley coos.

Britta smiles but her face falls when she sees Jeff taking off his sunglasses and a significant look passing between him and Annie, as usual.

Britta walks past them, and when she's sure she's alone, pulls out a pack of cigarettes.

Blue jeans, white shirt,
Walked into the room you know you made my eyes burn…

Britta walks the halls of Greendale as Lana del Rey plays in the corridor, Dean's idea of music supposedly brightening up the moods of the students. Britta keeps her sunglasses on and walks to Study Room F in the library. She's the first one in. She sits down, crosses her legs and leans back in her chair.

And I know,
That love is mean, and love hurts…

"What're you doing here all by yourself?"

Britta turns to find Troy by the other door. She smiles and takes off her sunglasses.

"Hey Troy."

"Well, this was a pleasure, as always," Jeff says, fixing his tie. Britta grins and he raises it for a kiss. He hopes she understands what he meant with that kiss.

"I'll drive you to school?" he asks. She nods and puts on her aviators. His are in the car. He smiles to himself.

They get to school and get out of Jeff's car at the same time. Both wearing leather jackets and aviators. They see Shirley and Annie waiting for them in the parking lot nearby.

"Oooh, you two look nice," Shirley coos.

Jeff gets Annie's attention and tries to silently communicate his feeling about Britta. She grins excitedly. Jeff turns to Britta, but she's already walking away, without a word. Jeff exchanges a few confused words with Annie and Shirley and leaves them, following a discreet cloud of smoke in the distance.

Jeff rubs a hand over his face while scanning the library for Britta. He sees her alone in the study room and begins to walk in that direction until he sees she's with Troy. Jeff makes a left and pushes the door to the men's washroom.
