Plummet

Sirius my good friend and lover,

It seems your life has come to an end,

You were there for me when ever this life seemed too hard,

You were there every full moon,

You were when I felt lost and only,

You were there when I placed a knife to my throat,

I still remember the way you screamed,

As pulled the knife off me,

I remember the way I sat and cried,

Because I couldn't leave,

I remember how you held me,

And told me everything is gonna be alright,

We were only young,

But you still stood by me when I was teased and mocked,

You weren't ashamed of your feelings,

Like I was for sometime,

Before I came clean,

I remember that night you were doing homework,

And I was reading,

When I told,

You didn't run away,

You didn't scream,

You didn't even have to think,

All you did was look at me and say:

"I feel the same way"

I remember the smile on your face,

As the fire's shadow danced across your face,

But alas those times are over now,

You weren't here this time,

When I held the knife up to my throat,

And with no one stopping me I took death's blow,

Now I wonder what I've done?

As I plummet into hell?
