"I need to help my friend." Fitz told Dr. Radcliffe.

Because that's what I've always done. I've always helped her. I've been beside her the whole damn time as she's gone through this. I'm not going to stop now.

Their conversation ended when Daisy burst through the doors of the lab.

He hadn't seen her since she had left SHIELD. Since she had become a traitor.

He knew that he should be angry. She had left them, betrayed them, and for Ward.

No, for Hive, not for Ward. This was different than Ward. Ward was dead. Daisy wasn't going to try to kill him. Daisy wouldn't try to destroy his mind like Ward had.

It was hard to separate her from Ward now.

But still, he couldn't find the place in himself to be angry with her. "Daisy, please." He said.

She threw him against the wall. He felt his head crack against it, and stars rang through his mind. He saw colored spots and a blinding light. His arm hurt.

Then everything cleared up.

Now Daisy was holding him against the wall. He was pinned there. And she was choking him.

"I don't want to hurt you, Fitz."

This is Hive, not Daisy.

He started to black out. Instead of Daisy, Fitz saw Jemma. The First Law of Thermodynamics echoed through his head. And now Daisy was Ward.

She's not Ward. This isn't Daisy. Daisy would never make him relive this. Daisy would never choke him. Daisy knew how much he feared losing oxygen. Daisy wouldn't cut off his air supply.

Fitz struggled at his own neck, trying desperate to fight the seismic power attacking him. He had to get air. He had to breathe before it's too late.

Daisy wouldn't do this to him. This is Hive.

"Stop trying to help me. This is your final warning. Next time I'll break your neck." Daisy said, letting him fall to the ground and leaving him there, gasping for air.

But he knew that he could never stop trying to help her. Even if it cost him his life, he would never stop believing in her. She was his friend, and Leo Fitz never betrayed his friends.
