Author's note: I can't stop writing! This story has the usual pairs; TracyLink and PennySeaweed. I'm not sure if and who I'll pair Corny up with yet. This story takes place after the movie.

Chapter 1: Familiar Visitor

It was fifteen years ago in Baltimore, a little girl was born to the Collins family. Now the oldest, a boy named Cornelius 'Corny' Collins, loved being an older brother. As soon as he found out that he wasn't going to be an only child, he prepared himself to become an older brother. He voluntarily helped his parents set up a nursery and even picked out the colors for the room. This little boy was 10 years old and had always wanted a little brother or sister. When the baby was born, Corny looked into the baby's light blue eyes, the same color as his mother's, he picked out a name: Caroline 'Carrie' Lisa Collins. Little Carrie loved being near her older brother and cried when he wasn't in the next room. However, when Carrie was only a couple months old, someone broke into the house and kidnapped her. After ten long years of searching, the Collins parents died of heartbreak leaving a now 20 year old Corny alone. Five years of searching passed and he too came up with no results. At 25, he had a TV show and almost everything he could want, except for his baby sister.

"And we're off! Good job today" the director yelled. Corny's smile instantly dropped and he left the studio as usual and went to pick up groceries to bring to his house. Images of his little sister flooded into his mind and he pulled the car over and cried softly.

"It's my fault Carrie, I should have protected you" he mumbled incoherently. He dried his eyes when he got to the supermarket.

"Can I help you ma'am" the cashier asked the woman in front of a young girl standing in front of him on line. A young girl came up to the teenager and whispered something in her ear. The teenager looked at her with her hands on her hips.

"Why does everyone say I look like Corny Collins" the teenager asked loudly. The other young girl giggled.

"Because Carrie, you do" she said. They began to play fight, but all Corny heard was the name Carrie. That was my sister's name he thought to himself. He shook his head, it was only a coincidence.

"Look, Marsha, your mom's leaving" Carrie giggled. They said goodbye and Marsha left. Carrie dropped something and Corny picked it up for her.

"Excuse ma'am, but you dropped this" he said. Carrie turned around and Corny was about to faint. She had light blue eyes and long brown hair, almost an exact copy of his mom. She grabbed the package from his hand and put it on the counter.

"Carrie" the cashier exclaimed. They hugged like best friends. They began to talk, but Corny was too busy staring at her to pay attention.

"See you Mr. Sanders" Carrie called.

"Bye Ms. Nichols" Mr. Sanders called back to her waving his hand. When Corny snapped out of it, Carrie had left. I'm just imagining things he told himself. He paid for the stuff and left. That night, he thought about the girl and how similar she looked to his mother. The teen seemed very familiar to him.
