He could feel their eyes on him, an odd sensation that he knew he didn't like. The red-head turned to the three girls, triplets by the look of it, and gave a glare.

"Why are you looking at me?" Gaara hissed, the sand rattling restlessly within his gourd. Even the Shukaku was nervous. These girls were bad news for chunin exams competitors. They needed to be wiped out ad soon as possible.

Ignoring his urge to kill the sage-eyed girls, Gaara listened closely to their quiet exchange of whispers that followed.

"I find him quite appealing." The first one said, elbowing the next.

"So much so." The next said dreamily. Number one elbowed her again.

"Can we share him?" The third asked meekly, watching the jinjurikki with a soft gaze.

"But i want him!" The other two declared simultaneously, their mixed voices causing and odd rush in his head. Shukaku somewhat purred, relaying to Gaara that these girls admired him a bit more than most. They were arguing over him, for gods sake!

"Alright, i suppose." The first sister agreed, representing the second as well.

"But we have to introduce ourselves, first." The second smiled.

Without them asking for his name, the red head spoke, "I am Subaku no Gaara."

"Ooh, a demon!" The three cheered. Even shukaku was dumb founded. Nobody ever cheered over that fact.

"I'm Hoshi." The first pale-haired girl chirped.

"Hotaru." The second one introduced.

"I go by Hiro..." The last girl mumbled sweetly.

Suddenly the proctor Ibiki appeared, and the girls wandered off to retrieve their seats.

"See you soon Gaara-kun, Shukaku-san." The girls chirped eerily harmoniously, smiling in each their own odd ways before heading in three separate directions in the crowd.

I want them

Shukaku hissed, clawing at his confinement. For some reason, Garra agreed, setting his mind on nothing but the three girls.

"We'll have them soon. Definitely." Gaara assured the monster, licking his lips. His hands twitched at his sides.

I want them now.
