Just Another Cinderella Story. NOT!
I woke up in my black slippers and headed to my bathroom I took a long hot shower and got dressed; I wore my black shorts with a white top and black vest, to top it off I wore pearly white vans with black laces. I went to put on my make-up: white-tan eye shadow, mascara, eyeliner, and clear lip gloss. I slid down the staircase only to be scolded by the one and only wicked witch with her flying monkeys not far behind. I took a dash towards the kitchen, running full speed not taking the time to look back.
"Stormy!" My step-mother, Tracy, scolded glaring, I was tempted to throw water on her so she would shut up and melt, but I knew that would get me in more trouble, "What do you think you're doing? You didn't finish my laundry or your sisters from yesterday, and you didn't clean my room or your sisters. Do I need to ground you, and don't worry your dad.''
I bet you won't my dad actually treats me like a human, not a slave. Plus he bought me special gifts, like my new skateboard. It was awesome, it had purple wheels with my name in big black letters carved into the wheels; it had my favorite band sticker on the bottom, sublime. The best part no one knew about it, he sent it to the school so neither my mom nor my sisters new about it…. Back to reality.
"I will finish them today after school along with my new torture… I mean chores," I mimicked grabbing some money I found on the counter when she looked away, "And don't worry I got lunch cover. Not that you would've cared anyway. I grabbed my skateboard and dashed out the door.
