Last day of summer for me. And I had to write my feelings in fan fiction form. Kingdom Keepers form, specifically.
This story took (not lying) eighteen minutes. (It is short, but for me it takes awhile. So let's all pretend that eighteen minutes is some amazing record.) I had to get ready for a Student Board meeting at ten, and it was 9:42. YAY FOR ME AND MY AWESOME TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS!
SPECIAL NOTE: In this story, I mention something about a channel, and a tagline they were promoting. I think I got the title right. Google offered me no help. *sigh*
Also, I know some trees in Florida don't have falling leaves. But Finn's tree does. Okay? Okay.
Disclaimer: I don't own nothing. Maybe tomorrow in school I'll learn about buying already copyrighted things!
Goodbye, Summer
The red book bag seemed to mock him.
It was just sitting there, reminding him that happiness was gone. It could have been screaming "Let the dreadful months…begin!" And Finn could hear it loud and clear.
It was the last day of his life. Okay, not really. But it seemed like it. Tomorrow, school started, and the torture began.
He plopped down on his bed. What happened to Never-Ending Summer? Geez, Disney XD ripped me off. August 21 did come. Liars!
No more pool days. No more sitting in the park with Amanda. No more water gun fights with Maybeck. No more…nothing.
Yeah, that's right: nothing. Summer is when you are supposed to do nothing. But when tomorrow comes, you'll always be doing something. Anything. Everything.
As Finn stood up and stared longingly out his window, he saw the first autumn leaf fall to the ground. Finn could of swore it was a evil minion of the book bag, as it was yelling, "Hello! I am here! FEEL MY WRATH! MUAHAHAHA!"
"Goodbye, Summer," he muttered, closing the curtains, running downstairs to try to find a way to escape the everything.
This may seem humorous, but it's really depressing for me *cries* …Anyway, thanks for giving me an awesome Summer, guys! I'll see you tomorrow for my first Fall update! :)
