Baron Battle wasn't a kind man or good father by any stretch of the imagination. Fifty people dead, another hundred twelve wounded. Baron Battle used to take pride in his bodycount.

Now he listens to the guards recount tales of a pyrokinetic superhero with a dark past and gruff manner. Warren has his own bodycount. Six villains in the past year. Five of them jailed, one missing. Battle told the guard that the last one was dead and the guard laughed nervously. Heros don't kill. But the children of villains can never quite live down the name. Battle is proud.
