This is the very first paragraph in a book that is currently in production. I might publish more previews. Keep in mind, this is copyrighted and I, as the writer, am able to publish this. CHAPTER 1 PREVIEW

I could remember how clearly the furious clouds looked; filling every corner of the sky above me. It was a motley shade of sullen gray and devoid of the littlest rays of sunlight piercing through the gray veil. However, in all honesty, I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Despite how livid the clouds looked, no matter how much they seemed to regard me with a scowl, I saw nothing but its overwhelming beauty. How could I forget something so amazing? Even as puffs of gray in the sky swirled and touched the ground a small distance away, my eyes just glistened in awe. The funnel shape that was clearly seen was absolutely beautiful as it tossed and twirled gracefully, ripping everything apart near its wake. It devoured everything within a mere second and I watched as everything disappeared into the grey swirling clouds. Every tree, shrub, and even blades of grass, was ripped from the very fingers of the earth, barrelling into the funnel's stomach within seconds to never be seen again. Looking around, I noticed my family running in the distance and I could only tilt my furry head in question. Why would they want to run away from something so astonishing and magnificent?

I know this isn't a lot of text from the book, but I don't want to make it possible to understand the entire story without reading the entire book, if that makes sense. However, feedback would be nice and most certainly appreciated. I answer questions as I get them and answer them as accurately as possible.
