A/N: Hi guys! I've been inactive for a while. My apologies. I was trying to think of an idea for a multi-chapter story.

It'll come to me eventually.

...I hope.

Weatherman.

"That stupid weatherman." Gou mumbled to herself as she wringed her hair because of the rain outside. Yes, it was raining. No, it was not 'bright and sunny.' As far as she could see, no one else was around except her. Gou, being Gou, didn't bother to bring her umbrella out with her, even though her mother "had a hunch" that it was going to rain.

"The weatherman said it was going to be sunny today! I don't need it!"

"You're going to regret it, young lady. I have a feeling it's going to rain."

"I'm going to be late to school!" She said as she ran down the sidewalk.

"Damn him to the bloody pits of hell." Left with no other option, Gou was left to sit in in the deserted hallway, waiting for the rain to let up a little. Maybe she could run home.

"Gou?"

She turned her head to see a tall, green eyed, brown haired boy running towards her.

"It's Kou!" She insisted.

"What are you doing here? It's getting late outside." Makoto asked, worried, as he ignored her statement.

"…I left my umbrella at home. That stupid weatherman said it was going to be sunny today." She admitted.

"I thought that, too. My mother practically shoved this umbrella in my hands before I walked out the door." He said, laughing as he scratched the back of his head.

'Should've listened to Mom.'

"I'll walk you home. Here." He offered his hand to her.

She declined, saying she could run home if the rain got lighter.

"No. I don't want you to get sick running home while it's raining like this. So, Please?" He asked, smiling one of his most winning smiles.

No one could resist that smile. Not even Haruka.

She sighed. "If you insist. Thank you, Matoko-senpai." She said, as she grabbed his hand and lifted herself up.

"Let's go!" He exclaimed.

They stepped out into the rain, Matoko opening his umbrella and raising it above them. They started walking, out the gate, and onto the sidewalk.

"So, how was your day?" He asked, cheerfully.

She answered with a simple 'great' and retorted the question back to him. Her eyes widened as they passed the local swimming pool.

"It was awesome! So, during scienc-" He followed her gaze. "Haru! What the hell do you think you're doing!? It's raining, and you're still swimming?! Get out now before you catch a cold!" Both of them ran over to try and persuade Haruka to get out of the pool.

Though she was happy to walk home in the rain with her friend,

…she couldn't stop thinking about all the things she could do with that weatherman's bones after she killed him.

A/N: Moral of the story: Always listen to your mother.
