so...this just kind of...came to me, I guess. I don't really know what this is, but it's something?
you're just a daydream away,
I wouldn't know what to say if I had you
I'll keep you a daydream away
watch from a safe place,
so I'll never have to loose
The song played at a less-than-average volume as Kurt and Blaine lay in Kurt's backyard, hands intertwined.
The stars seemed especially vibrant that night. Why, exactly, neither of the two cared. As the song continued to play, a Kurt shed a tear.
Blaine, who, admiring his boyfriend, saw.
"Hey...hey...what's wrong?" Kurt smiled at him
"Nothing. I just - I thought I was going to be alone my whole life. And now I have you. I used to listen to this song when I felt lonely...unloved. It's all a memory now, I guess",
Blaine wiped away the tear, as his own formed.
"You want to know a secret?" He asked.
"Why the hell not?" Kurt repositioned himself, leaning on one arm.
"I did the same. With this same song.",
"Really? That's pretty-"
Just then, Kurt's phone started to ring.
"Sorry...it's my dad."
"It's fine." Blaine said with a smile.
"Hi, da-what? What happened? Is she alright? Oh God...okay...alright. I'll be over there soon." Kurt hung up with a troubled, puzzled look.
"What's wrong?"
"My cousin, Bailey...she was just admitted to the hospital. Apparently, she was beaten up pretty well. Now, it might just be me, but-"
"But what?" Blaine put his hand on Kurt's arm supportively.
"-I think her mom did it to her."
Blaine looked a little took back, then slightly frightened.
"Why do you say that?"
"Well- I-...she-" Kurt paused, finding his words.
"She's a drinker. A smoker. A pothead. She's not a good influence on her...and sometimes she can get out of control. I wouldn't be surprised if it was her. Anyway...I need to go get her and bring her here. Do you want to come? I'd really like it if you did."
"Absolutely."
and there we have a first chapter I guess, huh?
I've basically already constructed Bailey's personality. And the whole plotline. Because I like to do that.
Review, please? I know it's not much to go off of, but...
thanks!
