Jebadiah Kerman was cleaning up his junkyard when he noticed a nose cone dislodged amidst the piles of car, heaters and other metal shrapnel. He then looked up and wondered whether the Mun was made of cheese, as most people expected. He had to admit, it did have a greenish tint on most nights, but tonight it was pure silver. His dear friend, Gene Kerman, was opening a space centre in a few years. Then, Jebadiah had an idea. If everyone was so interested in the space centre, then why not supply some parts! His brain was churning away. Then bingo! He decided to design the sheet of paper that, at the time, was called the structure, but Jeb called the blueprint.
10 weeks later
"Kerbleika!" was the first word out of Jebadiah's mouth when he found out his blueprints worked. He sold the design to Gene and gained 345,927,144 Kerblans. That was enough money to start manufacturing the cockpits of the planes or rockets on an industrial scale. After he bought his factory he got to work, hiring his sister Valentina and also giving his friends Bill and Bob a job. Finally, there were 999 cockpits and then he went on to design fuel tanks and supplying them to the KSC. All kerbals were happy and the Mun was proven to be made not of cheese, but of the same materials as earth and Jeb, Bill, Bob, and Valentina were known as the first four kerbonaughts
