Ter Mur
Lord British could see, as well as the Avatar did, how the Realm of the Gargoyles was so precious to Lord Draxinusom.
Green grassland, rolling hills, and tall, tall mountains dominated the landscape. The gargoyles' triangular architecture was unique in every way from the square and rectangular buildings of Britannia. And the Shrines of the Principles, as well as the Shrine of Singularity, stood handsome and holy in the sights of the people.
Control, passion, and diligence. The principles that inspired the virtues of the gargoyles: direction, feeling, persistence, balance, achievement, precision, order, singularity. All of equal importance and validity, going on and on like a circle with no end. The gargoyles' world was a harsh one, but their virtue system helped them survive, and it had made them an immortal race.
And now, it was plain that everything was going to change, except for the virtue system.
Because Ter Mur was going to die.
